Proper dance attire is to be worn to each and every class throughout the year. Dancing requires that the teacher be able to clearly see the students' arms, legs, neck, hipline, waistline etc. this way the proper technique can be taught. We ask that the students take special care and pride in the way they present themselves in their classes. Students are not allowed to wear baggy and sloppy looking sweat pants and sweat shirts in any classes with the exception of hip hop. A neat and tidy appearance is the only attire acceptable.

Students not showing up to class with proper dance wear, attire, shoes and hair in a bun will not be allowed to take class.
Students and parents please do not take advantage of your teachers and ask them to make exceptions. Learning the skill and the craft of the various forms of dance is physical, therefore seeing the body line of the dancer, is, a definite must.
Remember it is your responsibility to arrive to every class with the proper attire on your body. Parents please ask your child often if they are adhering to the ballet attire rules.
